Non Material Amendment to Application No. PA18/03840 dated 9th October 2018 for the Construction of new vicarage (including office) with parking and construction of 4 semi-detached houses with garages with landscaping works associated with the above (amendment to previous approval PA15/02220) namely amendments to design and layout of 4 semi-detached dwellings. Plots 1 and 2 layout amended to ease the levels to allow parking and garages between the properties; Plot 1 roof now hipped to lessen the impact when viewed from Park Road.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed development to include a dormer extension on the SE side of the existing roof at first floor level, conversion of integrated garage to provide a new hallway and bi-fold doors to the rear. The works will provide one additional bedroom and a family bathroom at first floor level. External landscaping to provide two off-street parking spaces to front, construction of a retaining wall in rear garden to allow replacement of the existing terraced patio with a larger raised patio and construction of raised flower beds along part of SE and NW boundaries.
