T1 - 1 x large Pear tree - fell - due to excessive lean and outgrown small residential garden T2 - 1 x small Pear tree - fell - poor form

Request to remove 3 limbs from a large Eucalyptus tree subject to a TPO at the rear of Rosehill Residential home. I request permission to remove the limbs highlighted in the photos attached (3 limbs). Limb 1 (highlighted in photo 1+2) is over the roof of the home and is dropping leaves into the gutter system. Limb 2 ( photo 3) is entangling the phone lines. Limb 3 (photo 4+5) is over the residential outbuilding and would START to take away some weight from a limb that has grown in that direction.
