New build 1 bedroom dwelling (re-submission of Application No. PA19/01211)). - Roofing material changed to slate tiles. Patio doors on North elevation changed to bi-fold doors and opening widened. Roof terrace squared off (size of roof terrace remains the same). Opaque fixed closed window in kitchen moved over slightly to line up with large window in dining area.
