Lawful Development for the proposed erection of timber construction with glass roof to cover the patio area behind the Annexe

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed development to include a dormer extension on the SE side of the existing roof at first floor level, conversion of integrated garage to provide a new hallway and bi-fold doors to the rear. The works will provide one additional bedroom and a family bathroom at first floor level. External landscaping to provide two off-street parking spaces to front, construction of a retaining wall in rear garden to allow replacement of the existing terraced patio with a larger raised patio and construction of raised flower beds along part of SE and NW boundaries.
