Proposed demolition of existing detached garage building, construction of a two-storey extension on the south gable end of the existing house, single-storey lean-to extension and entrance porch on the west elevation of the house. Part of the proposed extension will serve as ancillary accommodation (annexe) to the main dwelling.

Non-material amendment (NMA1) to increase the extent of basement on the lower ground floor of the proposal in respect of decision PA19/10024 - proposed demolition of a house and annexe and construction of a replacement dwelling.
