Magnolia tree in back garden of private house. Too large. Taking over the garden, blocking light, reaching over boundary fencing. Tree needs to be lowered, thinned and shaped

1 .Remove dead/dying weeping Ash to approximate ground level 2. Fell 4 small Yew trees close to house to approximate ground level to make way for shed. 3. Prune plum tree away from house and reduce in height approx 1m and crown clean 4. Repollard contorted willow tree to previous reduction points 5. Pollard Goat Willow in rear corner of garden by fence/wall, over-hanging neighbours garden with heavy over extended limbs. 6.Thin one Elder at the rear of the property by 30% and reduce by approx. 1m and remove crossing branches. 7.Trim Yew ( fastigiata) tree/hedge to the right of back garden gate. 8.Remove tall skinny Ash tree with dieback next to fruit trees. 9.Remove apple tree to approximate ground level. 10.Crown lift apricot (over gateway and allow for parking) and reduce longer limbs by approx 1m 11. Crown lift magnolia and reduce(no more than 30%) where possible away from the house 12. Remove young Ash tree with dieback symptoms on boundary between Yew tree and Contorted Willow

The tree is a Variegated Maple To reduce the size of the tree by 30% and to resolve it's encroachment on telephone lines and overhanging neighbours property. The tree is on the property, on the boundary fence line to the South of the property and to the North of Home Farm, Calf Lane, Chipping Campden

Front Garden- FIG 1-Remove two green conifers which are overgrown and have dead foliage, replace with contorted willow and shrubs to add interest. Trim and reduce two blue conifers, these are overgrown and too close to overhead cables. FIG 2- Removal of Laburnum tree situated too close to the house which may cause structural damage and could be dangerous to young children living at the property. FIG 3 - Remove any dead branches from two cherry blossom trees at the front of the property. Driveway- FIG 4- Reduce height of green conifer by 15% to ensure stability and reduce risk of damage to surrounding area. FIG 5- Remove one green conifer planted too close to the garage which may cause structural damage and has had unsightly pruning to allow limited access to path. Back garden- FIG 6- Three green conifers overgrown and unsightly was a hedge, access needed to repair boundary fence and will be replaced with Garrya elliptica and Choisya. FIG 7- One Blue Spruce situated too close to our garage, neighbours' garage and boundary fence. Pruned badly and height is concerning for small back garden. Replace with Magnolia.
