T2 Goat willow (large leaning tree over property boundary) - tree is risk to Guinness property and neighbouring property - Fell to ground level. T3 Sycamore - South east canopy - Branches growing towards Guinness property, 14-19 Hardie Close - reduce branches to give 3m clearance from dwelling, where possible cut back branches to main stem to ensure good clearance for future growth. East canopy - Branches overhanging communal area only - crown lift to 6m, reduce remaining overhanging canopy by up to 2.5m (back to boundary fence) and reshape upper canopy where necessary.
