T1 - Blue cedar (next to main gates see pictures) - removal to ground level - this tree has outgrown its location and is causing damage to walls and a new driveway T2 - Leyllandii - removal to ground level due to the proximity to the conservatory and the house - it has outgrown its location T3 - Blue cedar (2) - removal of blue cedar to ground level due to it's close proximity to the conservatory and the house - it has outgrown its location T4 - Leyllandii - to be reduced by 1.5 metres (see pictures with red line to show) - this is to keep it under control and reduce the risk of it needing to be removed in the future (this will then be secured to stop any further spreading with a ratchet strap) T5 - Pine - removal to ground level due to close proximity to the summerhouse, it has outgrown its location and is ivy covered

(3) Yew tree by the corner of the conservatory and deck. Prune the crown spread to clear the building and deck by approximately 3.0m and shape a little to leave a more natural appearance

Remove Ash tree with dieback, and remove a bough of a whitebeam tree growing close to conservatory

Replacement of existing conservatory with single storey flat roof extension, addition of porch, widen drive mouth, removal of tree, replacement LPG tank, replacement of windows and doors and render to some rear aspects
