The trees in question are on the boundary between Lower Farm Cottages and Lower Farm, close to Blockley brook - a self sown multi stem willow tree, which has grown close to the garage of Lower Farm, next to the Blockley brook and out of the back of a stone built BBQ. It is overhanging all the other shrubs and threatening the foundations of the garage. It should probably have been dealt with years ago. The two main trunks are about one foot in diameter. Height is difficult to estimate as it's growing round and through other shrubs and out across the brook and grass. - a self sown ash tree growing within the V of the willow. A single stem with diameter about 9 inches, height about 20 feet. We would also like to prune back the small prunus tree which has grown misshapen because of the willow. The final tree is the maple by the brook. We would like to deadwood that and remove some of the lower branches, raising the canopy to allow more light and sun to the picnic bench

G1 - Reduce height of group by approx. 2m. Reduce off-site boundary overhang by 2-3m. G2 - Reduce crown of 1 x Sycamore by 2m. Discretionarily prune other insignificant trees by 1-3m to create clearance for garage use and hedge on opposing side

1. To reduce by 25% and reshape large Sycamore (T1) overhanging neighboring property 2. To reduce by 25% and reshape 2 Hawthorne (T2+3) in middle of Orchard. 3. To reshape sides of 2 large Sycamore (T4+5), giving room to younger planting in orchard. 4. To reduce height of 2 plums (T6+7) on boundary with village hall. 5. To reduce sides of Hawthorne (T8) overhanging garage and reshape. 6. To reshape sides of Sycamore tree (T9) by entrance. 7. To fell to ground level Ash (T10) in corner of garden near road. 8. To reduce second Ash tree (T11) down to break in crown, leaving stump approx. 12ft high

Birch (T1) - reduce crown because of size relative to garden and shading. Ash (T2) remove due to its position - sandwiched between garage and property boundary. Fir (T3) remove due to its position - sandwiched between garage and property boundary and shading.

Front Garden- FIG 1-Remove two green conifers which are overgrown and have dead foliage, replace with contorted willow and shrubs to add interest. Trim and reduce two blue conifers, these are overgrown and too close to overhead cables. FIG 2- Removal of Laburnum tree situated too close to the house which may cause structural damage and could be dangerous to young children living at the property. FIG 3 - Remove any dead branches from two cherry blossom trees at the front of the property. Driveway- FIG 4- Reduce height of green conifer by 15% to ensure stability and reduce risk of damage to surrounding area. FIG 5- Remove one green conifer planted too close to the garage which may cause structural damage and has had unsightly pruning to allow limited access to path. Back garden- FIG 6- Three green conifers overgrown and unsightly was a hedge, access needed to repair boundary fence and will be replaced with Garrya elliptica and Choisya. FIG 7- One Blue Spruce situated too close to our garage, neighbours' garage and boundary fence. Pruned badly and height is concerning for small back garden. Replace with Magnolia.

Reduce Horse Chestnut (approximately 20ft tall), by 25% and shape. The finished height / size will be more appropriate to the (small), garden size Remove Elder (approximately 15ft tall), that has taken root between boundary wall and garage with the potential to cause problems entering the garage roof. Trim back overhanging Ash branches from the neighbouring land. The land is occupied by an electricity substation and suckers have been allowed to grow out of control in the rough earth surrounding the sub station. The house has recently been occupied and I suspect that the garden has previously been left to grow with little maintenance.
