Lilac Tree - trunk has split so will be tidied and shortened up. T4. Indian Bean Tree - Canopy tidied up to stop growth of branches into garage roof

whitebeam - fell because it is close to the cottage and has low branches close to the roof. large amount of leaves which a nuisance for the customer fig tree- lift off of garage, reduce and shape

Silver birch (marked 1 on sketch plan) - remove limb closer to the house (left hand limb looking down from the end of the drive towards the garage). This limb is very close to the garage roof and obstructs the inlet for our wood pellet deliveries located on the right hand side of the garage. Wood pellet delivery lorries have scraped that limb of the tree in the past. The same happened during a skip delivery, where the skip was being positioned in front of the right hand garage door

The land is occupied by an electricity substation and suckers have been allowed to grow out of control in the rough earth surrounding the sub station. The house has recently been occupied and I suspect that the garden has previously been left to grow with little maintenance.

Hedgerow; Hornbeam x3, Leylandii x7 (T1-T10) - Prune laterals on SE side back to main stem/suitable growth points where possible to allow access behind agricultural shed and prevent damage to roof/cladding. Hornbeam (T11) - Fell to allow access behind agricultural shed and prevent damage to roof/cladding, and to prevent damage to neighbouring garage.
