1. Sycamore - pruning branches away from roof - 3 large branches towards garage 2. Yew - pruning branches away from roof 2 to 3 meters clearance

(1) Birch in the area by the bins. Prune back to suitable growth point, or the main stem 2 lowest branches facing towards and hanging over garage. (2) Sycamore on right hand side of gate - Crown lift to 3- 4m & small lateral reduction of canopy facing properties (max 2m) (3) Alder in the courtyard. Fell (4) Group of Birch by the entrance (2 groups, 5 stems/trees). Prune canopy facing No1 Lygon Court by max of 2m, crown lift over entrance to max of 4 - 5m to allow high side vehicular access

Mature ash tree to rear of garage - Fell due to poor condition

Beech - Reduce by 3m all round, raise canopy to 2.5/3m. Cherry - Remove overhanging limbs to the garage

Lime tree nearest to garage and house - there is a large horizontal limb, high up that has grown away from the main crown. Now it is away from the main crown it is starting to grow vertical points. Proposed work to reduce this limb back to the main crown periphery (25% approx.) The lowest limb of this tree removed to raise the crown

Tree A - Beech. Prune and trim back lower branches approximately 1.5 metres as shown in submitted photographs Tree B - Western red cedar:- Prune back branches overhanging garage to give a 2 metre separation from the roof

T1 & T2 (Sycamore) - Reduce lateral crown branching by up to 4m to lessen overhang to gardens and toward garage, and crown lift up to 3m, pruning to live growth points. Crown thin by up to 10% to improve light infiltration to garden below

Cedar (T1) To crown lift tree bordering neighbours boundary, focusing on branches above neighbouring garage and over fruit trees. Removing any dead or broken branches from within canopy and removing any crossing limbs to negate any start of rot or decay which may cause future issues
