(1) Small Apple tree to the right of the new garage. Remove deadwood and lightly thin. (2) Larger Apple tree alongside. Reduce all over by approximately 30%. This will leave the tree approximately 6.0m tall with a radial crown spread of approximately 3.5m, lightly thin, remove deadwood and shape. (3) Large Apple tree in the corner, under the Walnut tree. Reduce in height to leave approximately 6.0m tall and reduce the spread to leave a radial crown spread of approximately 3.5m, lightly thin, remove deadwood and cut back to clear next doors house by at least 2.0m and shape

Group 1 (G1) Yew x 7 - Canopy reduction by 2m in height and branch length to reduce the overhang to the garage beneath: Norway Maple (T1) - Crown reduction by approximately 1.5m in branch length, to ease weight and leverage on badly bark included unions

T1 to T6 - Yew: Cut back the south east side to give approximately 3m clearance from the neighbouring garage. Shorten the north west side to approximately 2m. T7 and T8 - Cypress: Fell and grind out the stumps. The Cypress were reduced in height some considerable time ago and are now spreading across the garden taking up a lot of space and they are unsightly. Removing these will allow more light in to the lower growth on the Yew T1 to T6 which will be encouraged to develop to screen the back of the neighbouring Garage. Cutting back the southeast side of the Yew T1 to T6 will also allow more light in to their lower growth to further encourage it to develop. It will also prevent the damage to the fabric of the neighbouring garage building and allow maintenance of its gutter, which appears blocked with a significant amount of vegetation growing out of it

G1 Group of large Conifers - remove as it is interfering with BT and power cables. T1 Large Conifer (by garage) - remove as it is causing structural damage. T2 Apple (on lawn) - remove as the roots are causing a trip hazard and they want to replant in a better location. T3 Spruce - remove as it is interfering with BT and power cables and causing structural damage to a historic wall. T4 Willow (in far corner) - pollard as it is interfering with BT and power cables and causing structural damage to a historic wall. T5 Willow - pollard as it is interfering with BT and power cables. T6 Portuguese Laurel - remove as it is showing signs of decline. G2 Trees (at front of house) - remove as it is causing structural damage to the house and front wall and its lifting the path. they would like to replant. T7 Tree (behind garage) - remove as it is self sown and has no amenity value

To be crown reduced by 5.0m to leave a well balanced shape. This work to be carried out to protect a nearby specimen Lime Tree as the Sycamore Tree is growing into the Lime Tree

G1 - Reduce height of group by approx. 2m. Reduce off-site boundary overhang by 2-3m. G2 - Reduce crown of 1 x Sycamore by 2m. Discretionarily prune other insignificant trees by 1-3m to create clearance for garage use and hedge on opposing side
