T1: The Goat Willow on highway verge to be re-pollarded back to its previous pollard points. The overhanging branches on the buttress house roof to be trimmed back by 1.5m where practical. Works to be carried out to roots in drain, branches touching resident's roof and lower branches affecting passing high sided vehicles

T1: Sycamore on raised bank above and 12ft from the property self-seeded. One among many sycamores/conifers on bank. Seven trunks between 13cm-22cm coming from same common trunk. Dangerously close to house and overhanging roof. Remove. T2 Hazel Tree - Has grown massively in past 10 years. Shading other plants and flowers. Reduce by 50%

Prune Holm Oak T1 located at the right rear of house, Tree to have a formative prune by removing 3-4 metres all round to keep shape, lift the lower crown over roof back to old pruning points

Prune Crimson King (T1) located at the front of the property, prune back to house to clear roof by 1 metre, reduce interfering branches approximately 1 metre, prune sides. Dismantle the declining Ash (T2) located at the back of the property. Prune declining Purple Plum (T3) located at the back of the property.

Prune Yew (T1) located at the neighbours garden, prune back low limbs over the Summer house back to fence line. Prune Yew x5 group (G2) located at the rear left corner behind the summer house and 4 trees to the right, reduce over roof to clear guttering, prune the upper crown back to old pruning points. Trim side over Box plants at front. Prune Betula Jacquemonti (T3) located at the front of property, Prune off limb growing into Yew hedge. Prune Yew (T4) located at the back fence, Reduce the low branches over fence back to garden side. Prune Yew hedge (G5) located at the overhanging footpath, Trim over footpath hard keeping a green screen

Common Lime (A) -Crown reduction in height and spread by approximately 2m to leave a final height of approximately 8m and final radial crown spread of 2m, with crown lifting of lower branches to give 1m clearance from the bus shelter roof, and no pruning wounds to exceed 100mm in diameter. Equivalent to work approved and completed in 2017 with Reference - 17/03691/TCONR. Reasons: The excessive height and size are causing sunlight deprivation to house and garden. Its proximity to bus shelter and neighbour's roof.
