T4 - Multi stem yew too big for location- Blocking Light and overhanging building-20% reduction. T5 - Cotoneaster interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T6 - Yew interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T7 - Hazel interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T8 - Holly interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T9 - Pear interfering with phone line (marked Blue) 20% reduction. T10 /T11 - Both Holly Blocking light 30% reduction to match the other trees. T12 T13 - Maple Cherry Prunus Completely coving and cut back from a window T13 10%. T 12 40% reduction

T1 (Lime) - Remove epicormic growth from main trunk up to height of 10m. T2 (Lime) - Remove 2 large limbs, one at 8m & one at 10m and reduce 2 limbs back by 5m to re-balance tree. T3, T4 & T5 (Lime) - Remove epicormic growth up to a height of approximately 10m. Refer to attached plans and photographs. The 'Tree locations (numbered)' document provides the reference for the proposed works for each of five trees. All trees are Lime trees. None are protected trees (no TPO). The proposed works are: Tree 1 - Removal of overhanging branches (quantity: 6). Tree 2 - Removal of 4 large lower limbs, and 4 further limbs to be reduced by up to 50%, to reduce the current 10m overhang into the Adams Cottage garden, and across the roof of Adams Cottage itself. Tree 3,4,5 - These three trees are co-located (growing close together), and these three trees together overhang Adams Cottage by up to 10m. The removal of up to 8 lower branches in these three trees (combined total) is proposed. No reduction in tree height is requested for any of the above five trees. Trees 2, 3,4,5 are believed to be contributing to damp (as reported in a recent Surveyor report), as well as materially reducing natural light to three windows of the property. The trees have been inspected by a professional tree surgeon. Examples of where limb reduction would be made are shown in the document provided 'Tree and Branch cutting points'.

T1. Flowering cherry. Cherry has lost all amenity value, being misshapen and ugly. The tree has grown out of balance specifically towards the west and is overhanging much of the lawn in front of the lounge window of no. 3 The Walled Garden. Work to be carried out, dismantle tree and remove stump/roots

T1 - Sycamore to have one secondary stem on south side over the neighbours removed. T2 - Magnolia to be crown reduced by a third. T3 - dead Elder stem to be removed. T4 - Pyracantha to be crown reduced by approx. a third and cleared from windows
