Non material amendment of 20/02101/FUL for the addition of 4no. windows, 1no. rooflight, and increase in size of the window to the Eastern Elevation. Removal of 1no. window to utility room and replacement with glazed sidelight to adjacent door. Repositioning of front door. Erection of 1.8m fence along the retaining wall. Use of natural rubble rather than reconstituted stone to external walls. Use of stone feature lintels and stone quoins to corners of building
