Prune Yew (T1) located at the neighbours garden, prune back low limbs over the Summer house back to fence line. Prune Yew x5 group (G2) located at the rear left corner behind the summer house and 4 trees to the right, reduce over roof to clear guttering, prune the upper crown back to old pruning points. Trim side over Box plants at front. Prune Betula Jacquemonti (T3) located at the front of property, Prune off limb growing into Yew hedge. Prune Yew (T4) located at the back fence, Reduce the low branches over fence back to garden side. Prune Yew hedge (G5) located at the overhanging footpath, Trim over footpath hard keeping a green screen

Common Lime (A) -Crown reduction in height and spread by approximately 2m to leave a final height of approximately 8m and final radial crown spread of 2m, with crown lifting of lower branches to give 1m clearance from the bus shelter roof, and no pruning wounds to exceed 100mm in diameter. Equivalent to work approved and completed in 2017 with Reference - 17/03691/TCONR. Reasons: The excessive height and size are causing sunlight deprivation to house and garden. Its proximity to bus shelter and neighbour's roof.

Silver birch (marked 1 on sketch plan) - remove limb closer to the house (left hand limb looking down from the end of the drive towards the garage). This limb is very close to the garage roof and obstructs the inlet for our wood pellet deliveries located on the right hand side of the garage. Wood pellet delivery lorries have scraped that limb of the tree in the past. The same happened during a skip delivery, where the skip was being positioned in front of the right hand garage door

Reduce Horse Chestnut (approximately 20ft tall), by 25% and shape. The finished height / size will be more appropriate to the (small), garden size Remove Elder (approximately 15ft tall), that has taken root between boundary wall and garage with the potential to cause problems entering the garage roof. Trim back overhanging Ash branches from the neighbouring land. The land is occupied by an electricity substation and suckers have been allowed to grow out of control in the rough earth surrounding the sub station. The house has recently been occupied and I suspect that the garden has previously been left to grow with little maintenance.

Prune Thuja (ID#7) located at the left front house, remove deadwood from inner crown. Prune Negundo (ID#12) located at the side of house, tree to have a formative prune to remove the smaller reverted growth. Prune Portugal Laurel (ID#11) located at the side of the house, remove sucker growth near barn roof. Dismantle the dying large Laburnum (ID#10) located at the back of the property, leave stump as close to ground level. Prune Euonymus (ID#14) located at the back of the property, cut back side of tree to clear Holly. Dismantle the deteriorating large Bay (ID#9) located at the back of property, leave stump as close to ground level as possible. Prune Apple tree (ID#8) located at the Secret Garden, tree to have a rustic prune to remove upper crown and prune sides.

Lime (t1) - Crown lift off outbuilding roof and prune back from neighbouring garden Copper Beech (t2)- Crown lift off adjacent building roof Leylandii (t3)- fell to ground level due to large wound in main trunk caused by storm damage Robinia pseudoacacia (t4)- Prune away from neighbouring house 3 x Silver birch (t5)- fell to ground level due to trees pushing on stone boundary wall

T1, T2, T3, all three are large Cypress trees, one of which has failed and is lying on the Manor house roof, the other two are hugely compromised at the base and so the two remaining standing are to be felled. G1 is a group of very tall Cypress trees to be reduced in height by approx. a third

Tree 1 - Eucalyptus - pruning to around one third of current height. Reason- overhanging communal garages and neighbour's (Number 4 Boxwood Close) property, plus communal pathway and applicant's extension roof. Tree 2 - Silver Birch - removal. Reason - proximity to house - overhanging extension
