Change of use from public house (Use Class Sui Generis) to public house and restaurant (Use Class Sui Generis) on ground floor and a 17no bedroomed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Use Class Sui Generis) to the first and second floors, arranged over three cluster flats; external alterations comprising: to the front elevation facing onto Bridgeman Road: roof alteration, including hip to gable, and increase in roof height; elevation facing Fynford Road: infilling a gap to create one continuous roof plane; a third storey projecting gable and the insertion of an additional two dormers, with the existing dormers being pitched.
