Application for demolition of existing Hall Stores and the erection of a single storey extension to form a new Learning Resource Centre and Staff Office, together with ancillary external landscape works

Addition of condition for approval of archaeological WSI across all phases : application reference S73/2019/0754 granted on 19th June 2019 for mixed use redevelopment of the former Coventry Evening Telegraph and adjacent sites including partial demolition of existing buildings. The proposals are submitted as a hybrid application consisting of; a Full Application for the partial demolition, refurbishment and extension of the existing office buildings on Corporation Street and Upper Well Street to provide a hotel (C1 use) and associated restaurant (A3 use), bar (A4 use), conference and banqueting facilities (Sui Generis), car parking and service areas and; an Outline Application for the demolition of existing buildings on Lamb Street, Chapel Street and Bishop Street and the construction of new purpose built student accommodation (sui generis).
