Proposed development of two new dwellings

Proposed installation of two new highways access junctions on land west of Green Lane and the junction of Saint Martins Road / Green Lane / Howes Lane in relation to the site clearance and mixed-use development of land at Kings Hill for the provision of up to 2,500 dwellings (Use Class C3), 4,000 sq.m. of mixed use floor space (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, C2, D1 and D2) in a district centre, a primary school, a secondary school, formal and informal open space and enabling infrastructure including new roads within the site and improvements to the existing road junction at Stoneleigh Road.

Development of 115 dwellings including 25% affordable housing provision, and associated works and infrastructure including vehicular and pedestrian access and diversion of public right of way

Demolition of existing factory buildings and development of 499 dwellings, including affordable homes, in a mix of single, 2, 3 and 4 storey buildings, development of 254,676sq. ft of employment floorspace falling within Classes B1 and B8, retention of primary substation, removal of existing access and erection of new access to Holbrook Lane, realignment and reopening of Swallow Road to public use, all associated internal roads, service areas and parking, erection of noise barrier, new open space and landscaping, new drainage including sustainable drainage features, retention of sports pitches and retention of Sports and Social club facilities.

Residential development of 16 new dwellings including demolition of existing garages and associated access, parking and landscaping works.
