Opening up works involving the removal of isolated sections of brickwork to establish the construction of the building frame behind

Listed Building Consent for Alterations to include a new first floor window to the ensuite, replacement floor slab construction where cementitious concrete has been used, new grating to the Well, refurbishment works to the existing fireplaces and chimneys (internally), and refurbishment of bathrooms generally, including enabling works.

The repair and conversion of the existing Listed Gatehouse to provide residential accommodation; internal alterations to the reconstructed Rose Inn Building to provide office / retail accommodation (Class E (g) (i) and Class E (a, b and c); Construction of an infill building between the north gable end of the Gatehouse and the west gable end of the Rose Inn Building; Construction of a new 'L' shape 2 and 3 storey wing from the south gable end of the Gatehouse to accommodate residential units for the adjacent University.

Construction of new (rendered) electricity meter housing for upgraded 3 phase incoming mains supply; including removal of overhead cables and associated groundworks to rear of building. Construction of new GRP (Western Power) Sub station to be situated behind the rear storage building within stone car park to enable upgrade of electricity network. Minor alterations to paving adjacent to new Meter Housing.
