External works to include the removal and replacement of the shop front, and new internally illuminated shopfront signage to be installed. Internal works at ground floor level to include the removal and replacement of the existing coffee counter and air changes to be introduced in to the existing WC's. At first floor level, the proposed works include the fit out of an existing room to be made in to usable as a meeting room. New feature lighting is proposed throughout the ground floor, and the rest of the store is to receive the new store design look and feel, floor finishes, wall finishes and artwork.
