Environmental Scoping Opinion for: Hybrid application to include planning permission for necessary works to listed buildings and an outline planning application for the demolition of buildings and redevelopment of the land for a mixed use development comprising the provision of up to 1,300 residential units (Class C3), up to 150 hotel rooms (Class C1), up to 37,500 sqm of mixed-use floorspace including retail, leisure, office including flexible workspace, social infrastructure and cinema uses (Classes A1-A5, B1(a), C1, D1 and D2), hard and soft landscaping and new public open spaces including sustainable urban drainage systems, car parking provision and formation of new pedestrian and vehicular access.
