Variation of Condition 2 (drawing Numbers) on planning permission FUL/2020/2794 for Construction of an industrial unit (General Industrial (Class B2) and/or Storage and Distribution (Class B8) use) with ancillary offices, access, servicing, parking, drainage and landscaping. Construction of HGV trailer parking for adjacent unit (Class B8) with pre-check offices, lighting, drainage and landscaping; and all other ancillary works approved on 12/11/2021 - to amend height of building, addition of a door to gatehouse, and relocation of HGV turning circle, erection of single storey plant room with plant on the roof, installation of first floor mezzanine, HVAC installation, additional windows, installation of silos, water treatment plant, smoking shelter, new automatic barrier and other external alterations.

Variation of condition No.2 (plan numbers to update design details) of original permission FUL/2019/2420 granted on 21/11/19 for: Erection of a new annexe connected to the northern end of the west wall of the New Cathedral, alteration, extension and demolition of part of the listed buildings in the north-west corner of the Cathedral Precinct, including the 1983 Song School extension, the exhaust flue and housing to the north side of the Verger's Lodge and the roof and interior of the Verger's Lodge.

Variation of Condition 2 imposed under Application FUL/2018/1927 Proposed change of use to creative production hub, extensions and external alterations and rebuilding of unit 3 granted on 28/02/2019 (Minor material amendment to Unit 3 to reduce building height by 1no. storey, retention of existing brickwork to front, and erection of inset pod at first floor level, removal of second floor accommodation within unit 4, relocation and enlargement of central storey entrance lobby extension, reduction of polycarbonate facades, general rearrangement of internal layout to both units including alterations to external fenestration, removal of solar panels on Unit 3 and alterations to roof lights on Unit 4.
