Variation of conditions (2) - approved plans and (8) - window details imposed on planning permission FM/2018/3419 for Demolition of 2 storey vacant office building and creation of new student accommodation blocks with 32 1 bedroomed studio apartments, associated communal areas and amenity space. (Resubmission FUL/2018/1759) approved on 26/04/2019 to allow for the windows to be changed from aluminium to uPVC and for a set back brickwork panel to replace the 'angled brick' detail to the window reveals.

Addition of condition for approval of archaeological WSI across all phases : application reference S73/2019/0754 granted on 19th June 2019 for mixed use redevelopment of the former Coventry Evening Telegraph and adjacent sites including partial demolition of existing buildings.
