Submission of minor material amendment to vary condition 2 (approved drawing number condition) to allow changes on floor plan (reduce footprint of the building) and subsequent changes to the elevations due to a water main under the site to approved planning permission FUL/2016/2642 for demolition of existing workshop, bodyshop and offices; removal of wash bay; relocation of heating plant and silo; construction of new workshop and offices, new wash bay and ancillary buildings; erection of boundary fencing and landscaping granted on 23/1/17 (retrospective application)
