Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 2019/2733, approved on 10/11/2020, for the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and the erection of a new building to provide 24 apartments. Amendments comprise the resizing of windows, replacement of some ground floor windows to French doors, stone detailing and banding amended or removed, front chimney repositioned and reduced in height, eave overhangs and roof ridge levels amended and reduced, gas risers enclosed, glazed automated opening vents (AOV's) added, and internal layout changes to apartments and to Block A stair configuration.
