Holm Oak Tree (T1) - requires root pruning because of damage to neighbour's property. Proposal is to prune roots at the boundary fence with our neighbour (no 42) as outlined in the Tree Hazard evaluation. (TPO 47, 1990)

T1 Mulberry - Crown lift to 4 metres measured from ground level. T2 Sycamore - Left side of driveway entrance: Crown lift to give a ground clearance of 5m over the driveway and 3m over the pavement. Prune back lower branch toward Croydon sign, by 1m. T3 Holly - Overhanging pavement on Orchard Way, opp. Burrell Close. Crown lift to give a ground clearance of 3m above the pavement. Reduce spread of remaining lower branches by 1m approx. to maintain visibility of the '20' sign. G4 Various species - Trees and shrubs overhanging right boundary onto Sloane Walk: Prune back to boundary, all regrowth shoots, up to 1.5m above the top of the fence. Crown lift trees which overhang the road (5 no. prunus; 3 no. Oak; 1 no. Ash; 1 no. Willow) to give a ground clearance of 5.5m. Remove broken branch from mature ash. Reduce lateral spread over road of 1 no. Oak growing toward lamppost 005, by 1.5m to maintain clearance to the lamppost and house. T5 Willow (dead) - Opposite Dorchester Court : Remove (TPO 41, 1979)

West side of Reedham Court, between block and railway fence - Hornbeam x2, Ash and Holly Trees: Crown reduction by 305 and overhanging branches reduced near block. East side of Reedham Court between block and garden backing onto the land from Beaumont Road - Horse Chestnut x2: Crown reduction by 30%. North side of Reedham Court, tree facing block - Yew, Beech, Sycamore, Ash, Hazel, Hawthorn and Yew trees: Crown reduction by 20-25%. (TPO no. 30, 1979)

T1 Beech - 2 metre overall crown reduction up to a max cut size of 25mm. (TPO 11, 1978) I refer to the previous application 21/00457/TRE and decision dated 31/03/2021. This is a revised application as discussed with Robert Goode, Tree Officer (03/09/2021). The trunk is 17ft from garage and 23ft from the house. Excessive shading from the canopy which is overhanging the glass lantern of Orangery extension. Large tree roots were found in rain water 'down pipes' and drainage during the Orangery building works requiring the drains to be rerouted (see photos). Significant root upheaval affecting garden and distortion of concrete fence posts (rear of property). Garden upheaval - horizontal at 7 inches (see photos). Concrete fence post significantly off vertical (see photos). Excessive fall of beech nuts. Ivy will be removed from trunk as recommended by Robert Goode.

T1 Horse Chestnut T2 Unknown We wish to level or terrace our garden as appropriate. I imagine this will required digging where there are roots or filling above the roots. There are roots from both trees near the surface of the lawn, which is entirely sloped. We would like advice regarding T1 and T2 damaging the fence as they grow.

T1, 3x White Poplar trees located at the front of the church by the bus stop, reduce/ re pollard to most previous points by 2-3 metres to prevent weak regrowth from snapping out over footpath and bus stop. T2, 1x Holly tree located at the front of the church growing close to the fence and staring to affect church railings, Reduce height by 1.5 metres and hedge cut sides to match. T3, 1x Lime tree located in the rear car park close to the building, re pollard to previous points to prevent foliage from blocking gutters and rubbing on building. T4, 1x Holly tree located in the courtyard area, reduce the height by 50% and cut back from building, to stop shading from church window.

T1 (Norway Maple) - Pollard back to previous pollard points. T2 (Cedar) - crown lift to 5 metres due to branches sitting below fence level and below head height (See pictures) (TPO no. 76, 2008)
