Demolition of existing buildings and the development of a Class E(g)ii, E(g)iii, B2 and B8 use employment two storey height unit with ancillary office accommodation, associated external yard areas, HGV, altered vehicle access, car parking and cycle parking, servicing areas, external lighting, soft landscaping, infrastructure and associated works.

Demolition of existing retail and office units. Redevelopment of the site to provide a mixed use development within three buildings up to 31 storeys, providing up to 357 residential units (Use Class C3) and flexible units for retail, professional service and food and drink uses (Use Class A1-A5). Creation of a new public square, landscaped communal gardens, and associated highway works; basement car parking; cycle parking; waste storage; and associated works.

Change use of the premises from A1 to a mixed use development A3 and D2. The former ground and first floor sales area will become a community cafe and bar area while the first floor stores and offices would become a D2 multifunction community events space.
