T1 - Fell Willow (Salix sp.) because sits close to 1 Whitworth Road and neighbours structure at Hurst Court and is of low amenity value T4 - Reduce Copper Beech by 2.0m and shape T5 - Fell Elder (Sambucus nigra) because location severely restricts and limits the use of garden and is of low amenity value T6 - Fell Yew (Taxus baccata) because location severely restricts and limits the use of garden. Replace with 1 standard on eastern boundary as shown in Appendix B T7 - Fell Ash (Fraxinus sp.) because location severely restricts and limits the use of garden and is of low amenity value T8 - Prune Yew (Taxus baccata) and reduce by 1.5m and shape (currently x metres at present)

T1 2 x 10m Lime trees - Reduce by 2m to previous pollard points, remove trunk and epicormic growth T2 Sycamore near house - Fell to ground level G1 Line of Maple trees Cut back 5m lateral branches over garden by 4m to boundary fence line leaving the vertical growth

T1 Western red cedar - Remove the lowest large branch and all other smaller branches on trunk, up to a height of 2m above ground level. T2 Lawson Cypress - Trim back neighbouring Lawson cypress tree, as hard as practicable to match into the top, whilst maintaining as natural a shape as possible. T3 Yew - Reduce back neighbouring Yew tree, as hard as practicable to match into the top, whilst maintaining as natural a shape as possible. H1 Laurel (red line on sketch plan) - Neighbouring Laurel hedge - Cut back the entire length to approximately 2-3ft from boundary fence and squaring off on the lane side to the North.

T2, Sycamore - To cut back to the boundary line.

Reduction: To reduce mature neighbouring Shrubs located on the right-hand rear boundary back to the boundary line up to a height of approx 15ft.

T1 - Ash in rear garden against boundary to 56 and close to building. To cut back to the boundary full height of the tree - this will encorporate the shortening of branches that are touching the rear flank of the building (56).

Reduce Holly and Horse Chestnut back to boundary.

T2 Pollard: To pollard mature Robinia located on the front boundary by Approx 1.5-2m lower than previous T3 Reduction: To crown reduce semi-mature Robinia located on the front boundary by 1.5-2m. T4 - Reduction: To reduce both mature Conifers located on the front boundary by 1.5m in height and trim sides.
