It is proposed that Condition 9 be varied to read: 'The noise resulting from the use of the building hereby permitted shall not exceed 5dB(A) above the ambient noise levels at the nearest residential curtilage in the vicinity when measures at the L(A) eq (2.5 minutes) or where noise levels are in excess of the noise limits specified the event has the benefit of a premises licence or temporary events notice, or with the written agreement of the Assistant Director (Planning and Building Control'.
