Change of use from offices to dwellings to provide 3 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom flats with associated cycle, refuse and parking area; alterations to front elevation of existing garage to include a new window; erection of single storey rear extension and boundary fence.

Discharge of condition numbers 7 (Refuse/Cycle Storage) and 8 (Landscaping) attached to planning permission ref. 21/04997/FUL (Conversion of existing dwellinghouse to 4 x self-contained flats including the erection of a two storey side extension, part single part two storey rear extension, enlargement of existing rear dormer to the main roof, one rooflight to the front elevation, alterations to fenestration, provision of cycle and refuse stores.).

Non-material amendment to application ref: 19/02233/FUL for 'Demolition of the existing garage and outbuilding to the existing dwelling with alterations to the land levels: Erection of a detached 3No Bedroom house with associated bin, cycle and parking provision.' The proposed amendments are to increase the footprint, amend the roof pitch, include 2 dormers and amend the elevations and fenestration.

Alterations. Erection of single storey rear/side wraparound extension. Erection of raised terrace to rear of dwelling. Removal of existing bay window to rear elevation.

Non-material amendment to application ref: 18/06226/FUL for 'Alterations, Conversion of dwellinghouse to form 1 x three bed and 3 x two bed flats, erection of a two storey side extension, dormer in rear roof slope with associated roof lights and single storey rear extension with a balcony, provision of associated landscaping, car parking, cycle and waste storage'. The effect of the NMA is to remove 1 window and 1 door at the rear and relocate the bin store.

Demolition of existing garages. Erection of a part single, part two and part three storey rear extension wth roof over to existing building to create 8 new dwellings. Reconfiguration of existing dwellings and access within the existing building and external alterations to windows of existing building. Reconfiguration of existing car parking layout, extension of existing bin store, formation of additional cycle parking with associated landscaping.

Discharge of condition 4 (landscaping) attached to permission 20/03751/CONR dated 23/11/2021 for 'Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) attached to planning permission ref.19/00110/FUL for demolition of the existing dwelling and detached garage. Erection of a two/three storey building to provide 8 units with associated parking/access, landscaping, internal refuse and external cycle stores (involving minor alterations to window and door details; brick work and internal layout)'.

Non-material amendment (provision of 2x rooflights in front roofslope and 1x rooflight in rear roofslope) linked to planning application 20/06008/HSE for Alterations to the dwelling to include construction of dormer windows in the rear roofslope, installation of glazed balustrade onto existing flat roof for use as a balcony and the erection of single storey side/rear extension

Erection of a single storey front extension to the existing garage, removal of flat roof sections to the rear elevation and replacement with pitched roofs with associated alterations to the rear fenestration of the dwelling.
