Erection of a replacement single storey rear extension. Constructed of a standard insulated block a brick cavity wall the rear addition will protrude the existing house 3.3 metres and will be 2.3 metres tall (from floor to eaves level) with a circa 1 metres high roof. The external walls will be finished with render to a colour that matched the existing rear facade. The proposed window to the kitchen will a new double glazed uPVC casement and a new Doorset that will be a three leaf sliding bifold door constructed of aluminium and will be double glazed. 2nr new vellum roof lights are to be installed between the rafters of the conservatory and will be of a composite material utilising timber and aluminium.
