Planning permission is sought for the following items: 1. Conversion and change of use of existing commercial basement (class E) to a 1-bedroom residential dwelling (class C3). 2. Erection of a two-storey rear extension with a flat roof. 3. Installation of an aluminium powder coated replacement shopfront.
