Front infill single story extension; extending to the line of the present front kitchen to match similar extensions on both sides of the property. Also to build a rear extension; extending out from the rear wall of the property 3 metres single story and the width of the rear elevation of the property. This is also to match similar extensions on adjoining properties. This extension complies with permitted development rules. There is also a plan to build a small shed at rear of garden which will comply with permitted development rules. The construction of both extensions will be of block with 100mm cavity wall insulation and rendered to match existing exterior walls. The front extension will be to enlarge the present kitchen and the rear to expand the lounge area.
