I would like to discuss a two-storey extension to the property I own, looking to utilise the existing shed and turn that into part of the house. I am keen to use materials in keeping with the rest of the house (flint/bricks) and would like to discuss further. The building is a Grade II listed property with a PEN attached. Part of this work will seek to rectify the requirements of the PEN which focuses on uPVC windows

Removal of the existing scoreboard and infilling of the opening with a new window, brickwork and rendered panel with club signage. Insertion of additional new windows. Erection of new building to house new scoreboard and provide accommodation for match scorers.
