I would like to discuss a two-storey extension to the property I own, looking to utilise the existing shed and turn that into part of the house. I am keen to use materials in keeping with the rest of the house (flint/bricks) and would like to discuss further. The building is a Grade II listed property with a PEN attached. Part of this work will seek to rectify the requirements of the PEN which focuses on uPVC windows

Remodelling of windows and access door to the existing single storey building, to include two sky lights to existing pitched slate roof and isolated timber cladding. New sash window casements to replace single glazed windows to North East elevation. Additional steps to be provided to create dual access to the existing front entrance. Formation of external shed at lower ground garden level to accommodate a provision for garden toilets and servery.
