Construction of new 2 storey rear extension incorporating existing outrigger and construction of new raised veranda and steps to garden. Reinstatement of front right hand side window and various internal alterations:

Reinstate original crenellations to the North facing gable end. Manor End represents a Victorian extension built around 1887. It was designed and built with crenellations to the gable end to match with the Manor House (along with style of mullion windows etc). Certain crenellations exist on other roofs, but the gable end was removed in what is believed to be the renovation work in the 1980s. All the original parts remain stored on site.

First floor extension above single storey garage. New double storey glazed entrance hall. Internal alterations. New openings for windows and external doors.

Three storey closet wing to the rear elevation with timber sash windows, demolition of the modern infill element of the existing single storey rear extension to be replaced with a single storey extension of similar scale and demolition and re-building existing southeast single storey flank wall connecting main dwelling to annex.
