Hornbeam Tree (T.6) - Creation of a 2.000-metres gap between the tree and the dwelling (whole branches should not be removed); 2 no. Lime Trees (T.5 and T.7)- Removal of epicormic growth (on condition that a qualified and insured arborist undertakes the works) together with the removal of deadwood (amended description 16.12.2022).

London Plane tree protected under Tree Preservation Order (No.1) 1960 - Crown lift the trees to 5.3 metres over the carriageway, 3 metres over the driveway and 2.5metres over the footpath and the creation of a clearance of 2 metres to the dwellings and a clearance of one metres from the street light to the Sycamore Tree (amended description 24.08.2020).
