Consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 03 (drainage), 04 (materials) and 05 (boundary treatments -Fence details) of planning application 17/01313/FUL

1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.

Erection of 6ft boundary fence to the side/rear

To move the fence boundary at the back of the garden out by 2 metres.

Conservation area notification to remove one Laurel, crown lift seven Beech trees and one Ash to achieve approximately 5.3m clearance above ground level targeting lateral branches, remove one Holly, selectively prune one Yew to provide minimum clearance of the boundary wall, remove one Yew that has been looped in the past, selectively reduce Laurel back towards fence line and remove American Yellow Wood. The trees are within the Burghwallis Conservation Area.
