Consent to crown lift to 5.3m over the carriageway, crown clean targeting dead wood and selectively reduce one ash back to provide for 2m clearance from the house, garage and fence; the tree being subject to G17 of the Doncaster Rural District Council Tree Preservation Order (No.19) Braithwell 1972

1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.
