1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.

Conservation area notification to selectively prune overhanging vegetation back toward boundary targeting minor lateral branches equal to or less than 25mm diameter. The trees are within the Tickhill Conservation Area.

Conservation area notification to crown lift one field maple to approximately 4.5m to 4.7m, targeting minor lateral branches (not scaffold branches) over garden of 17 Lady Mary View to the best natural target pruning points available one either side of the boundary as needed. The tree is within the Hickleton Conservation Area.

Conservation area notification to remove one Laurel, crown lift seven Beech trees and one Ash to achieve approximately 5.3m clearance above ground level targeting lateral branches, remove one Holly, selectively prune one Yew to provide minimum clearance of the boundary wall, remove one Yew that has been looped in the past, selectively reduce Laurel back towards fence line and remove American Yellow Wood. The trees are within the Burghwallis Conservation Area.

Consent, agreement or approval required by condition 3 (landscaping scheme), 4 (service trenches and overhead services), 6 (Tree protection scheme), 7 (Tree Method Statement), 8 (Foul, SW Drainage), 10 (Construction Method Statement), 11 ( Site Boundary Plan), 15 (Structural wall assessment) , 17 (Pollution), 19 (Contamination) of planning application 17/00095/FULM.

Consent to fell and remove 3x Ash saplings (<120mm diameter), crown lift 4x Sycamore and ash to approx. 5m above garden level and sever ivy growing on approx. 3x Hawthorn within G1. Crown lift approx. 5x ash and birch to approx. 5m above garden level within G2. Crown lift 2x Birch to approx. 5m above garden level and fell 1x Ash and leave stem as deadwood habitat within G3. Crown lift 1x Sycamore (T4) to approx. 5m above garden level and sever ivy on main stem. Crown lift approx. 4x Field Maple to approx. 5m above garden height and sever ivy on main stems within G5 and coppice any shrubby species (e.g. hazel, holly) with branches encroaching over boundary or public footpath. The trees and shrubs are within W1 of Doncaster Borough Council Tree Preservation Order (No.217) 2000 Conisbrough.

Consent to fell and remove 16 trees that are dead and/or dangerous marked with tape from the tree belt along the property boundary with Burghwallis Road. The trees are subject to Doncaster Borough Council Tree Preservation Order (No.411) 2020 Chateau Renee and Woodside, Sutton Road, Campsall, Doncaster.

Conservation area notification to selectively prune Copper Beech (T7) to provide 3.5m clearance above the foot path, Crown reduction of Pear tree (T24), Selective removal and shortening of lateral branches on Walnut tree (T32) to provide minimum clearance of the of the nearby structures and remove clump of self set sycamore trees on boundary behind garage (T33). The trees are within the Skellow Buttercross Conservation Area.

Development of existing playing fields to create a lit MUGA (Multi Use Games Area), grass games area laid out as a football pitch, play area, car park for up to 10 cars and landscaping with new access from Lancaster Court. (Being amendment to application 18/00139/FUL - Relocation of southern boundary fence line to the north of existing tree belt, in the interest of preserving the existing trees & install new access path from Hayfield Lane)
