1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.

1. External insulation of the dwelling house to front, side and rear. 2. Erection of front garden fence 2m in height with wood panels. 3. Erection of 2m fence built with bricks in rear garden area. 4. Erection of wooden gazebo in rear garden area.

Installation of sliding garage gate, pedestrian gate and fence from the side of the Elm place to the house corner.

Replace conifers at the front with garden wall, replace conifers at the side with a fence and erection of summer house in the rear garden.
