1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total. This additional height/new perimeter will come in the form of wooden fence panels not exceeding 2m in high.

Crown lift approx. 4x Field Maple to approx. 5m above garden height and sever ivy on main stems within G5 and coppice any shrubby species (e.g. hazel, holly) with branches encroaching over boundary or public footpath. The trees and shrubs are within W1 of Doncaster Borough Council Tree Preservation Order (No.217) 2000 Conisbrough.

Erection of 1.3m high brick boundary wall and wrought iron gates to front of property to replace existing 1.3m high railing topped boundary wall
