3 - Details a) Details of the roof lights to be inserted, shown in situ. b) Details at a scale of 1:10 of the proposed interface between the existing building and proposed extensions. d) A Kent Peg tile and brick sample to be used in the construction of the extensions. e) Details of mechanical ventilation or flues to be installed including location, dimensions, colour and material. f) 1:10 scale drawings illustrating proposed eaves detailing, indicating the provision of eaves level ventilation and the specification of any roofing felt and insulation where proposed.

Construction of glass roof structure to infill existing lightwell & create new bathroom. Block 2no existing internal openings and create 1no new. Remove existing & erect new partitions to form new nursery/3rd bedroom.

Details of finishes shall also be included. b) Details to a scale of 1:20 of proposed fire lobbies to external exits and to lobby between Connaught Hall and staircase to show relationship with and extent of fixing to historic fabric. c) Details to a scale of 1:5 and 1:1 of all new external joinery including that to all new windows, doors and the lantern to the roof over Sessions House. Details of finishes shall also be included. d) Written details of the position of the C19 coat hooks proposed to be relocated. e) Details at a scale of 1:10 of the proposed interface between the existing building and the new extension to Mayor's Parlour Courtyard. f) Construction details to scale of 1:50 of new extension to Mayor's Parlour Courtyard. g) Samples of metal to be used in the construction of the metal frame around the new entrance door and of the slate to be used for the Sessions House roof.
