Internal works include: Ground floor enlarge existing door openings. Infill and form new door openings. Remove and insert new partitions. Remove sorting office staircase. First floor Remove and insert new partitions and openings. Second floor Insert partition and opening. External alterations: Remove and insert new enlarged window to ground floor side south elevation. Replace front west elevation and rear east elevation dormer windows. Insert 3no rooflights to sorting office rear east elevation. Conversion of garden store rear addition including replacement roof covering. Re-roof of the former Sorting Office.
