Internal to incl. removal of staircase and insertion of partition walls. Removal of posts to ground floor and insertion of structural beam.

Erection of a first floor rear extension, alterations to windows, rear parapet wall to be lowered, and restoration/painting to elevations (part rear elevations, roof lanterns, window bars and first floor rear windows to be removed)

Remove & insert new wall, floor and ceiling linings to front shop space. Infill internal window opening. Replace roof and insert new wall linings to rear additions. Insert door opening into rear elevation.
