Internal alterations including the construction of a partition & door opening between hall & dining room, alterations dining room fireplace and construction of chimney flue rising through into first floor bedroom above. Construction of 1no external chimney stack to serve new fireplace. Replace rear ground floor kitchen west elevation window in reduced opening. Insert glazing bars and replace doors to existing conservatory on south elevation.
