Erection of partition walls & installation of window to existing rear lean-to to facilitate conversion to wc/shower room. Replacement of French doors and roof over [French doors] to rear elevation.

Internal alterations to incl. enlargement of existing opening between kitchen & hallway; replacement of staircase; raising ceiling within bathroom; alteration of inglenook fireplace to south; insertion of new fireplace to north; replacement of structural timbers; insertion of new structural timber support to ground floor & erection of partition walls to ground floor. Insertion of 1no rooflight. Re-roofing to incl. insertion of membrane.

Alterations to facilitate conversion to 3 residential units. Internal demolition on all floors of partitions, with the erection of new including party walls to form subdivision. Ground floor: insert 2no staircases, first floor: remove 1no staircase and form 1st floor extension to plot3. Second floor: insert 1no staircase. SW elevation remove 1no window, insert 2no doors and 1no window. Remove single storey side addition roof to form 1st floor extension. NE elevation replace 1no window with door. SE elevation remove 3no first floor windows & alter 2no second floor windows. Remove central chimney stack, remove and insert new drainage pipes and remove 2no rear rooflights

Conversion of farmhouse to guest accommodation to include ground floor: Insertion of glazed partition. First floor: remove & insert new partitions to form ensuite bathrooms. Conversion of barn to restaurant to include erection of internal glazed wall, blocking of openings, removal of timber staged area, insertion of opening to SW elevation. Insert glazed doors set behind the existing timber doors on SE elevation. New opening. Conversion of stables to guest holiday let accommodation to include removal of staircase & pizza oven. Extend mezzanine floor, insert partitions & staircase. Reinstate 2no door openings to SE elevation. Replace existing door on SE elevation. Glazed panel fixed within existing NE elevation opening. Insert 2no high level windows to SE elevation. 3no existing stable doors to NE elevation altered with glazed openings fixed internally. Upgrading of roof insulation and services to Beech Cottage to form managers accommodation. Upgrading of roof insulation and services to Gardeners Cottage to form guest holiday let accommodation. Remove window to SE elevation & insert glazed door with stair access.

Internal alterations to incl. removal of exisiting and erection of new partition walls. External alterations to incl. removal of chimney; removal of door to SE; widening of door to NW elevation; insertion of wall and roof insulation to incl. breather membrane.

External works to incl. replacement of existing rooflight with glazed roof.; insertion of 1no. rooflight; relocation of sunpipe; new window to south-west elevation. Internal works to incl. creation of new door opening; widening of existing opening; removal of existing and erection of new partition walls.
