Discharge of condition 5 (Boundary Treatment), pursuant to application 20/01508 for the erection of 13no. dwellings of which 10 are proposed as affordable rent (rural exceptions housing) with associated parking and new access road

Crown reduce by approximately 3 meters in height and 2 meters in lateral spread and crown lift to a maximum of 7 metres of one Beech (T1), prune back overhanging branches to boundary of one Sycamore located in neighbouring property, both the subject of Tree Preservation Order No 2 of 1965

Replacement and extension of boundary wall (retrospective)

Prune back overhanging branches to boundary of 5 x Sycamores and 3 x Ash (G1), all the subject of Tree Preservation Order No 1 of 1968

Single storey rear extension, boundary wall to the frontage with new stepped access and formation of vehicular access
