Discharge of condition 3 (materials) pursuant to application 21/00318 Works to terrace to incl. demolition of existing single storey rear extensions & erection of two-storey and single storey extensions to the rear; insertion of 2no. dormer windows; insertion of 2no windows to sw elevation; alteration of window to ground floor on se elevation; Internal works to incl. demolition & erection of new partition walls.
